Crafting a new filmmaking paradigm for the 21st century

Chief Production Officer

Alysha Foliart is a multidisciplinary artist and content creator. As an award-winning author, screenwriter, multi-instrumental musician, and independent filmmaker, her goal is to establish a new paradigm in low-cost, socially and environmentally friendly film production.

In becoming a producer, she is fulfilling a dream that began when she saw the Universal Pictures productions of "Frankenstein" and "Bride of Frankenstein" as a child.

The Revenge of the Bride of Frankenstein

The shocking secrets behind the infamous scientist who created monsters are revealed when he is finally held accountable for his actions by one of his own creations.

Set in 1926, The Revenge of the Bride of Frankenstein is a true sequel to the 1935 production of The Bride of Frankenstein. As such, it is styled as if it were produced by Universal Pictures in 1937 The storyline fills in the gap between The Bride of Frankenstein and Son of Frankenstein. Our film stands out from all the rest, however, as it resurrects and gives a voice to the female creature, unlike the plethora of films that brought Frankenstein's first creation back to the big screen over and over again. In addition, unlike the original films which take the viewer to a horror plagued village in Switzerland, our movie brings the dark legacy of the House of Frankenstein to the American Northwest.

While still inspired by Mary Shelley's iconic novel and the Universal Films of the 1930's, our film also incorporates influences from the most influential horror writer of the 20th century, who was drafting his best work during the time in which the film is set: H.P. Lovecraft.  The spirit of the film also adheres to the message of Shelley's novel and the first two Frankenstein films: drawing the distinction between real monsters and people wrongfully marginalized as if they are the monsters.

While we did not set out to make a controversial film, it is likely The Revenge of the Bride of Frankenstein will be viewed as such, as, in order to be historically accurate, it indirectly addresses the issues of racism, segregation, misogyny, and the American class system.

The Revenge of the Bride of Frankenstein will be released in both Black & White and Color.  Our initial goal for release was October of 2023, however, unexpected external delays have pushed out that timeframe by more than six months. As a result, our new goal is for multiple trailers to be released starting in October of 2023 and for our film to premiere at the H.P. Lovecraft Film Festival in October 2024.

Our Mission

Building a new paradigm

Traditionally, making movies has been phenomenally expensive due to the business model established by the major studios in Hollywood, CA. However if the coronavirus pandemic has taught us anything, it's that there is more than one way to do something, and sometimes our current modus operandi is flawed and outdated.  The advent of new computer technology provides tools that allows a single person or small team to leverage their skills to produce a high-quality film in a vastly shorter time and at much less expense than what was once required. While movies filmed on location still have value, great stories can be properly brought to life without breaking the bank.

Our Mission: to create a new, affordable and sustainable process for making motion pictures that will enable and empower filmmakers for generations to come.
